This workshop about PISM will foster the exchange between different groups especially from Europe. The first day is dedicated to oral and poster presentations from all groups. During the second day, key aspects are introduced and afterward these are discussed in parallel group sessions to share experiences and to identify future needs.
Currently we plan to have groups for the following topics:
1) PISM introduction (by Ed Bueler),
2) calving law (by Anders Levermann's group),
3) coupling between ice sheets and earth system model models (N.N), and/or
4) ocean-ice sheet interaction (N.N)
Please indicate your preference during registration or suggest further topics which you consider to be important.
