The Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) announces the availability of community meeting space at the fall meeting of the American Geophysical Union (AGU), to be held 11-15 December 2023 in One- to two-hour blocks will be available for reservation in the room Sierra AB at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis (780 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103). Sierra AB has a capacity of up to 45 people.
The Arctic Community Meeting Room is hosted by ARCUS to encourage collaboration and to facilitate face-to-face meetings of opportunity, and is funded by the National Science Foundation's Division of Polar Programs. Meeting space is available in one or two-hour blocks for groups working on Arctic research and/or education activities.
Basic audio/visual equipment will be available in the meeting room. Catering options are also available at the expense of individual meeting organizers, and orders may be placed through ARCUS. Catering menus will be provided upon request.
