Vol. 17 No. 1 2000 of the Nordic journal of circumpolar societies ACTA
BOREALIA has just been published.
ACTA BOREALIA is a biannual, multidisciplinary journal for cultural
studies. The journal presents results from basic research on northern
societies, including reviews of new books about the north. The
contributing authors are mainly from the Nordic countries, but the
journal accepts any contributions related to the circumpolar region
within the disciplines of history, archaeology, anthropology, sociology,
geography, political science, and linguistics.
