Subglacial Antarctic Lake Environments (SALE) is a Scientific Committee
on Antarctic Research (SCAR) program that brings together an
international confederation of scientists dedicated to understanding the
interplay of biological, geological, chemical, glaciological, and
physical processes within subglacial environments.
The new website includes extensive information about SALE science and
engineering, including meeting reports, science highlights, links to
press articles and publications, education and data links, descriptions
of national programs, and archives of previous meeting and workshop
reports.
