Arctic Forum on 20-22 May 2005. The three day event is presented by the
Greenland Ministry of Culture, Education, Research and Church and will
take place at the Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution.
The festival program includes performances by the spectacular Aavaat
choir in their national costumes, East Greenlandic drum dancers, and a
traditional mask dancer. A kayak builder will build a Greenlandic kayak
in the museum with other working craftspeople. The event also includes a
film festival and an introduction to Greenlandic culture for children. A
