The Arctic Technology Centre is arranging an international symposium,
"The Greenlandic Environment: Pollution and Solutions," to be held 21-23
February 2006 in Sisimiut, Greenland.
Themes of the conference include:
- The vulnerable arctic environment
- Heavy metal pollution
- Pollution with toxic/non-toxic organic compounds
- Waste and wastewater handling
- Removal of pollutants from the environment
- Legislation issues
