Established in 2000, the North Pole Environmental Observatory (NPEO) is
a year-round automated scientific observatory in the central basin of
the Arctic Ocean. At the Fall AGU meeting, NPEO will hold a one-hour
community meeting to:
- present a brief, updated description of NPEO;
- highlight NPEO datasets available to all researchers; and
- highlight potential opportunity for researchers to obtain new
observations through NPEO.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 6 December 2005 from 6:00 p.m. to
7:00 p.m. at:
