"Geomorphologie: Relief, Processus, Environnement" is a quarterly
journal that publishes articles in English and French on a wide variety
of topics related to geomorphology including physical and human
geography, archaeology, ecology, Earth and planetary science, and
environmental studies.
The current issue, "New insights into periglacial geomorphology" (No. 3,
July-September 2006), features articles from the Second Science Meeting
of the Sedimentary Source-to-Sink-Fluxes in Cold Environments (SEDIFLUX)
network. Sponsored by the European Science Foundation, SEDIFLUX is an
interdisciplinary network of scientists for the study of complex
ecosystems and the mechanisms and climatic controls of sedimentary
transfer processes in cold environments.
SEDIFLUX is offering a reduced cost of 20 Euros to those who order a
copy of the issue before Sunday, 10 December 2006. The cost is 30 Euros
after this date.
