Abstracts are now being accepted for Session IS25: Remote Sensing of Sea
Ice and Snow Over Sea Ice, at the 2007 International Geoscience and
Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS) being held on 23-27 July 2007, in
Barcelona, Spain. Session organizers invite papers describing recent
advances in remote sensing techniques, as well as scientific
presentations on sea ice and snow that utilize remote sensing data.
Papers with connections to IPY are particularly encouraged.
Abstracts must be written in English, include title of the paper and
name, affiliation, and e-mail address for the presenting author, and be
at least 500 words in length, but no more than two pages. Abstracts
should be submitted on the conference website (http://www.igarss07.org)
and sent directly to the session conveners: Sheldon Drobot
(drobot [at] colorado.edu) and Ellsworth LeDrew (ells [at] watleo.uwaterloo.ca).
Accepted papers will be announced on the conference website on 19 March
2007; no acceptance letters will be sent.
