Abstracts for poster presentations are now being accepted for the 2007
Gordon Research Conference (GRC) on Polar Marine Science: An
Interdisciplinary Look at Processes Over Multiple Scales of Variability,
being held in Ventura, California, on 25-30 March 2007.
The conference brings together a diverse group of scientists, as well as
younger scientists and students, to explore in detail the physical,
chemical, and biological processes that dominate temporal and spatial
scales ranging from the micro to the paleo. The gathering is
international and cross-disciplinary, and posters are welcome on a broad
range of related topics.
Abstracts that include poster title, author list, and a few sentences
describing the focus of research should be submitted by Friday, 16
February 2007, to conference vice chair David Thomas at
d.thomas [at] bangor.ac.uk. Presenters are not required to create new
posters, rather, previously prepared posters are encouraged. In
accordance with GRC policy, there will be no publication of abstracts or
other results from the conference.
