All plenary sessions will be streamed to allow virtual participation for those unable to attend the meeting in person. The full conference program is available online at: http://soa.arcus.org/program. Anyone is welcome to participate and webstreaming is free. Webstreaming will include real-time video and text chat. If you plan on participating in the webstreaming, please fill out the short registration form at: http://soa.arcus.org/streaming. The State of the Arctic will be a milestone for arctic science by providing an open international forum to review the current knowledge of the arctic system in a time of rapid environmental change and point to future research, resource management, and policy directions. Participants will include a diverse and interdisciplinary group of scientists, students, agency personnel, policy makers, stakeholders and northern representatives, and media.
